Not only was human dignity shown through the kids but through the teachers and other volunteers as well. Everyday I was offered snacks and drinks, with of course getting love from each and ever teacher. Yes, i was shown great human dignity from the teachers, volunteers, and kids, but more importantly the teachers and volunteers showed the kids human dignity. By never taking a break, complaining, or taking their eyes of the kids.
-Here is a blog on my reflection of my service learning that I completed this year at Saint Agnes After School Care. I got a lot out of this experience and will most definitely remember it for the rest of my life.

Post 1-Human Dignity
After completing a full 30 hours at Saint Agnes After School Care, I witnessed a lot of Human Dignity. Weather that be a teacher or a student, it was being shown throughout the classroom. After walking into the classroom, I was stunned with the amount of love that was shown by the kids. Everyday I walked in, each and every kid would cheer and yell my name because they were so glad to see me. There were not showing this gesture of human dignity because they were told to treat volunteers nicely, but because they wanted to.
